Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Branch Operations & Strategy: Manage day-to-day administrative affairs, maintain safe custody of assets, and implement strategic plans for growth.
- Business Development & Sales: Drive deposit mobilization, expand the loan portfolio, and achieve revenue targets by executing marketing strategies.
- Leadership & People Management: Mentor, coach, and train staff to achieve high performance, including managing performance evaluations and scheduling.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Promote a customer-centric culture to maintain high satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS).
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 5+ years in the relevant industry (e.g., banking), with experience in both operations and sales.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
